Streets

I was molded in the
streets, an environment
That changed with my

Ragged evolutions not
So apparent in my youth, but
The years brought clarity

After I abandoned my search
For unicorns simply because there
Weren’t any and this epiphany

Of epic dimensions found
Me striving to surf the tsunamis
Of my inner being as I

Recognized every moment
To be inescapable outcomes of
My own composition
